Originally from Spain, educated in Chile, and refined in the U.S., my journey has equipped me with a global perspective and a deep understanding of people. My career began in sales, where I was a top performer at ADP. I then transitioned to operations at McDonald’s, where I consistently exceeded expectations and earned accolades at Hamburger University. It was here that I discovered my true passion: building profitable business units powered by exceptional teams.
For over four years, I honed my expertise as a hiring manager, building and nurturing high-performing teams that consistently achieved top profitability while maintaining some of the lowest turnover rates in the industry. This hands-on experience fueled my passion for recruiting and inspired me to pivot into the field. I quickly rose to become one of the top recruiters at one of the largest firms in metro Atlanta. During my tenure, I successfully placed over 250 candidates across 50+ clients, ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
Driven by my passion for human capital and a desire to provide unmatched service, I decided to launch my own company, On Target Recruiting RSI. My specialty lies in identifying and placing the right talent to help businesses thrive.
